A: Our standard delivery timeline is 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 4 PM are shipped on the same day and our courier partners are closed on Sundays and public holidays. For customers looking for faster shipping, we also offer priority(1-2 Days) shipping options at an additional cost. Tracking for all the orders gets generated post 6 PM on working days.

However, we do offer a convenient pickup option from our Studio in Thane West(Mumbai), allowing you to collect your RC cars directly from us.

A: No, our RC cars do not come with a warranty. Since these cars are imported from other countries, providing a warranty becomes challenging. A: Currently, our spare parts are exclusively available for our pre-existing customers due to limited availability. Hence we sell very few spare parts online. Q.9: Do you provide RC repair service?

A: Yes, we do. Customers can bring their vehicles to our studio in Thane West(Mumbai), or they can courier them to us. If we have spare parts available, we will repair them promptly. If not, we can arrange the necessary parts within a month. Your RC vehicles are in good hands with us!
