A: Our standard delivery timeline is 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 4 PM are shipped on the same day and our courier partners are closed on Sundays and public holidays. For customers looking for faster shipping, we also offer priority(1-2 Days) shipping options at an additional cost. Tracking for all the orders gets generated post 6 PM on working days.

Q2: What are the available payment modes?

A: We are a proud and trusted Razorpay payment gateway partner. Razorpay is the only payments solution in India that allows businesses to accept, process and disburse payments with its product suite. It gives you access to all payment modes including credit card, debit card, netbanking, UPI and popular wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money and PayZapp.

Due to the high value of our goods, offering COD would significantly increase the overall cost, leading to an unavoidable price hike for our customers. However, we do offer a convenient pickup option from our Studio in Thane West(Mumbai), allowing you to collect your RC cars directly from us.

A: Yes, we provide a pickup option for our customers at our Studio in Thane West(Mumbai). This allows you to collect your RC cars directly from us, offering a convenient and cost-effective alternative to shipping.

Q5: Do you have a return policy?

A: No, we do not have a return policy. As a small business, returned goods can have a significant impact and create losses. However, please rest assured that all our RC cars undergo rigorous quality testing, and our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you with any issues or concerns.

Q6: Do your RC cars come with a warranty?

A: No, our RC cars do not come with a warranty. Since these cars are imported from other countries, providing a warranty becomes challenging. Nevertheless, we take pride in offering exceptional technical support and service to ensure you have a seamless experience with our products. A: Yes, we do provide spare parts support for the majority of our products. In the rare event of stock shortages, we have dedicated guaranteed timelines to ensure that your required spare parts reach you within 30 days. Our commitment is to keep your RC cars running smoothly, and our spare parts service is designed to provide you with the support you need to maintain and enjoy your hobby.

Q8: Can I purchase spare parts separately online?

A: Currently, our spare parts are exclusively available for our pre-existing customers due to limited availability. Hence we sell very few spare parts online. This approach ensures that we prioritize our loyal customers and maintain the availability of essential components for their continued satisfaction and support. If you are an existing customer in need of spare parts, please reach out to our customer support, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Q.9: Do you provide RC repair service?

A: Yes, we do. Customers can bring their vehicles to our studio in Thane West(Mumbai), or they can courier them to us. If we have spare parts available, we will repair them promptly. If not, we can arrange the necessary parts within a month. Your RC vehicles are in good hands with us!
